Understand ESSC and its Values, Vision and Goals Understand the importance of your role in the growth of the company Understanding the needs of the brand Setting realistic goals for the campaign Ideation to Execution of the campaign with credible Creators Looking at Data and consumer insights parallely Follow and enforce ESSC's policies and good practices with your team Ensure 100% client retention Create quarterly roadmaps Execute the approved roadmaps Track new/upcoming SME, Creators, etc Meet Talent Agencies once a month Identify impactful, innovative campaigns to stay ahead of trends Trend forecasting Event Reports Negotiations Timely Invoicing & Payouts to be maintained Contracts to be signed & all other paperwork to be maintained Demarcate lists based on Gen-Z, Gen-Alpha(if needed), Buzz, Brand Building, Sales Maintain a resource bank of Talent Agencies. Stylist & like Build relationships to secure better rates Maintain weekly/daily database of new influencers
