Grow your career with Trelleborg and start shaping the industry from the inside. We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will assist in creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience of digital products. They combine their expertise in design principles, user research, interaction design, and usability testing to craft solutions that are both functional and visually appealing. Your Responsibilities Assist and conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior, user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to collect valuable insights about user needs, and pain points, to address the Business objective. Be proactive learner, eager to develop their skills in areas like user research, information architecture, and interaction design. Quickly grasp the process, align with it, and adapt to the expectations of the UX function and the broader organization. Work with business stakeholders and be able to communicate and articulate what your design solves and justify your solution with the Business Stakeholders, Project Team, Product Management, etc. Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts, allowing for early user testing and feedback. Design and refine user interfaces (UI) and interactions to enhance usability, accessibility, and user engagement based on feedback and feasibility checks. Ensure the Visual Design strictly follows Design Standards and Guidelines with proper UX behavior documentation that is clear to the project team. They contribute to the overall success of the product by providing fresh perspectives and assisting in the creation of intuitive user experiences What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate in design, Human-computer interaction, psychology,or a related field. 3 to 4 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in UX & UI with a B2B/B2C product company with an emphasis on creating rich user experiences. A good portfolio showcasing successful design projects and demonstrating proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Must have clear understanding for Web & Mobile (iOS & Android) platform guidelines and design standards Ready to learn new things and challenge to move forward on new POC’s based on the market trends Why Work with Us?
