About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and data-savvy Project Coordinator and Data Specialist to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team. Key Responsibilities: Project Management Coordinate and track L&D initiatives, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and seamless delivery Data Analysis and Reporting Own the data lifecycle including collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization of L&D metrics to drive decisions and demonstrate impact Dashboarding and Visualization Build and maintain intuitive dashboards using Excel and Power BI to monitor KPIs, learner engagement, and program effectiveness Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies in L&D workflows and implement structured, scalable solutions Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the operational backbone of the L&D team by liaising with facilitators, designers, vendors, and business stakeholders Documentation and Governance Maintain accurate records of project plans, data sources, and learning outcomes to ensure transparency and compliance.
