Job Title: Bid Manager - Reports to: Senior Director Location: Hyderabad Experience : 10 - 20 Years Notice : Looking for immediate joiner or who can join within 15 days or 30 days . Interested can reach out to Looking for someone who has experience in bidding for large deals ( ranging from 10 CR and above ) Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the development and submission of high-value bids for IT infrastructure and managed services projects In GOVT/PSU/Enterprise etc The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large bids (₹50cr to ₹500cr) and will be responsible for ensuring that our bids are compliant, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bid Strategy Development: - Develop and execute bid strategies to win high-value IT infrastructure and managed services projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key differentiators and value propositions. 2. Bid Planning and Management: - Plan and manage the bid process, including timelines, resources, and budgets. - Ensure compliance with customer requirements, RFPs, and regulatory frameworks. 3. Proposal Development: - Oversee the development of high-quality proposals, including technical, commercial, and contractual components. - Ensure that proposals are tailored to customer needs and showcase our unique value proposition. 4. Team Leadership: - Lead and manage a team of bid professionals, including proposal writers, subject matter experts, and designers. - Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality bids. 5. Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. - Ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed and that we deliver on our commitments. Requirements: - 15-20 years of experience in bid management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on IT infrastructure and managed services. - Proven track record of managing large bids (₹50cr to ₹500cr) and achieving win rates. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and managed services, including cloud, security, and digital transformation. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Nice to Have: - Experience with bid management tools and software, such as BidMatrix or similar. - Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking.
