Explore Smarter, cheaper technology and solutions to bring down the cost by alternative ways. Testing (FAT & SAT) and Commissioning of projects. Optimum Utilization resources to improve efficiency and reduced lead time. 2. Managerial: Talent recruitment: Engage in recruitment activities, internal brand communication activities. Talent transformation: Define/Validate Skills required for each KRA/Designation. Skill mapping of organization at regular interval and Gap analysis Skill upgradation: Bring in latest technologies and propagate them through sustainable learning platform. Skills and Qualifications 6-10 years in Machine automation & Material Handling. Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/E&TC Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution Having core knowledge in Siemens (S7-300, S7-1200, & S7-1500) & Rockwell (MicroLogix, Compact Logix & Control Logix) automation systems.
