We're seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform cutting-edge AI technologies into practical, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop generative AI applications using large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative AI technologies Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify use cases and implement AI solutions Fine-tune and optimize models for specific client requirements and use cases Implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and mitigate potential risks Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field 6+ years of relevant experience Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) Experience implementing LLM-based applications and understanding of prompt engineering Knowledge of generative AI concepts, including text generation, image generation, and multimodal systems Experience with API development and integration Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems Preferred Qualifications Master's or PhD in AI, ML, or related field Experience with model fine-tuning, RLHF, and alignment techniques Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures Experience with vector databases and embedding models Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements If you're passionate about applying generative AI to transform Energy Sector and want to contribute to development of more efficient and sustainable energy system and want to be at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field, we'd love to hear from you.
