Collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Category, and other critical stakeholders to align channel objectives and drive a delightful customer experience. Develop and drive the strategic operational roadmap (SOPs) to ensure best-in-class execution and efficacy across all experience centers, aligning with the company's overarching business objectives. Spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize regular maintenance and upkeep of all experience centers, safeguarding brand reputation and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Liaison with local authorities, fostering collaborative relationships to proactively address and resolve on-ground challenges. Be the Architect and implement a robust training and development strategy to upskill retail teams, cultivating a highperforming and customer-centric culture. Conceptualize and implement strategies to ingrain a customer-first mindset and uphold elevated service standards across the entire retail network. Devise and execute strategic plans to curate delightful customer journeys, encompassing various touch points such as hygiene checks, escalation management, designer allocation, meeting room allotment, and refreshments. Collaborate with Category and Marketing teams to formulate and execute assortment and merchandising strategies that optimize channel performance and align with customer preferences. Spearhead strategic initiatives to ensure displays, signage, decor, and products resonate with seasonal themes and customer preferences, in close coordination with Category and Marketing teams. Implement a robust auditing framework to strategically assess maintenance needs, address on-ground issues, and ensure comprehensive adoption of all SOPs across retail teams. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Any graduate / post graduate Overall 3+yrs of experience Experience in retail operations with a proven track record of achievements would be added advantage.
