The Role This role is suitable for anyone who has empathy and is driven by the desire to help people. You will be providing emotional support and motivation to our clients, while they are following the program. You will chat with them and provide guidance on how to follow the program and resolve their queries. As this is a chat-based communication, you will need good typing speed and must have excellent written communication skills. Candidate Profile: 1+ years of experience Masters in Psychology Excellent written communication skills Self-motivated Good typing speed on a phone or laptop If you have past experience in account management, counseling, content writing, client support, chat support, clinical psychology, tutoring, reputation management, etc, then you may be a good fit for this role.
