Work you’ll do Customer/Stakeholder •Work with multiple customers and stakeholders on projects •Develop strong understanding of business domain, its strategic direction, functional goals, and the required technical expertise. •Drive innovation for self and the team to deliver incremental business value. •Demonstrate adequate level of business knowledge. •Ability to convert business needs into technical/functional requirements and analysis/ MI Reports •Provide flawless execution by the team through effective project management and incorporating necessary quality checks that has been signed off by senior /manager. •Demonstrate acceptable standards of productivity. •Contribute towards the quantifiable process improvement goals of the team. Skills Flexibility and adaptability – constantly changing priorities and tasks that are potentially highly restricted in nature, unpredictable and wide-ranging, complex, and time-sensitive requires the simultaneous handling of a broad range of issues. •Stakeholder considerations – the role requires high quality, timely and succinct outputs that are suitable for senior executive management and external parties (including regulators), regardless of pressures. •Sensitivity and trust – engendering a true sense of urgency, pace, community, and collaboration across indirectly managed areas across the DAO community. •The diverse responsibility of the role and the number of jurisdictions and time zones with which the role holder to be highly efficient and able to deal with a high volume of both highly confidential and commercially sensitive information, with discretion. •Operating, influencing, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders and other colleagues both inside and outside the various functions. •Thinking and acting independently, often within tight timeframes, formulating sound advice or actions which have clear direction and are commercially and operationally acceptable. •1-3 years of experience developing data-driven reports, executing workflows, documenting meeting minutes/ notes and providing progress reports. •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, collaboration tools such as JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence. •Analytical skills that allow for the development of reports, key insights, and visualizations. •Detail-oriented to identify elements that could impact ILM KCI / KPI results. •Working experience in an agile environment. •Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines and be change-oriented. • Strong problem-solving skills. Others Eligibility Criteria 5+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline and concentration in computer science, information systems or other engineering specializations. •Knowledge of Conceptual/Logical Data Modelling, exposure to Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality assessment and controls implementation using Collibra. •Should possess advanced knowledge of Data Modelling and Metadata management. •Understanding of Graph Database / Knowledge Graph is desirable. •Detail knowledge of data management framework – data governance, data privacy, business architecture and data quality. •Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. •Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyse them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework. Experience on working on Data/Information Management projects of varying complexities. Functional requirements •Understanding of accounting principles, data flows and regulatory landscape – BCBS239, B3R, CCAR, IFRS9 etc. •Familiarity of implementing data management with one of the following frameworks – DAMA / TOGAF / FIBO / EDM Soft Skills requirements •Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success •Written and verbal communication skills.
