About the Role: Altiostar is searching for a passionate, technology personality to drive our innovative LTE OpenvRAN, 5G vRAN product portfolio and software roadmaps. Responsibilities: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for building OAM/FCAPS modules, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance. Interface with other subsystem teams for development and testing cycles. Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures. Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education. Required Skills: Good coding skills in C/C++, Python and OO concepts (C++ 11 preferred). Experience in multi-threading and multi-processing architecture in Linux Platform. Knowledge on Performance management modules. Experience Performance/Fault Management module of 3G/4G/5G software stack. Good knowledge of build environment and makefiles / CI/CD systems. Experience with ASN.1, XML, JSON, YAML, HTTP(S), SNMP, kafka is desired. Experience in Docker/Kubernetes/Container platforms desirable.
