Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore (On site) Job Type: Full time Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary Range: 12 - 18LPA Finance Manager (with Leadership Growth Path) We are looking for a Finance Manager who can take ownership of the company’s day-to-day finance and compliance functions while also contributing to the company’s overall financial direction . This is not just a bookkeeping or reporting role. We're a growing company, and we need someone who can help us plan, analyze, and steer our finances. The right person for this role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and also capable of thinking about the bigger picture. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Manage all core accounting operations: accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations in Tally and ERPNext. Finalize accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare and analyze MIS reports such as profit & loss, cash flow, budget vs actuals, and cost center summaries. Monitor cash flow, vendor/customer reconciliations, and working capital usage. Provide direction in terms of capital allocation, return on investment and financial outcomes of planned strategic moves. Compliance & Taxation Handle complete GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), e-invoicing, and e-way bills. Manage TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax filings and payments. Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and handle audits. Payroll & Statutory Manage payroll including salary structuring, PF, ESI, PT, bonus, gratuity, and full & final settlements. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and related filings. Administrative Oversight Oversee general office administration — vendor management, asset tracking, AMC renewals, and facility upkeep. Ensure accurate records of office assets and proper contract/document tracking. Leadership & Planning Work closely with the leadership team to support budgeting, cost control, and planning. Set up processes for better internal tracking, reporting, and financial decision-making. Help prepare documents for fundraising or financial reviews if needed. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance. Strong grasp of statutory requirements and accounting principles. Comfortable with tools like Excel, Tally, and ERP software (ERPNext experience is a plus). Someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work. Ability to work independently, coordinate with multiple teams, and suggest improvements. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar industries is preferred.
