About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations in Mohali. The ideal candidate will align business objectives with employees and management, provide strategic HR guidance, and drive people-related initiatives to enhance organizational performance and culture. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Drive employee engagement, talent development, and performance management processes. Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance. Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. Support change management initiatives and culture-building efforts. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill staffing needs in a timely manner. Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decisions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Identify and implement process improvements for HR efficiency and employee experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 8+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP or in a strategic HR role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven experience in handling employee relations, talent development, and organizational change. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Proficient in HR systems and MS Office tools.
