Responsible for Handling Front Office, Reception,& Customer Care Department. Serves Visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them approximately Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedure, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Provides administrative Support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls; Schedule’s meeting, and support visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, Scanning etc. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. Sorting & Distribution of Mails. Handling Company, Visitor Inquiries, Complaints. Managing VIP Visits. Managing customers’ complaints and ensure that the complaints are addressed efficiently and effectively. Managing Visitor Management Software. Develops Front office staff by providing information, training. Observations & Supervision of the department on daily basis. Ensure safety, security of employee in workspace. Maintaining MIS Reports of the Department. Manage Day to Day Activities of Admin. Maintain Record & Files Vendor management. Travel management. Managing & Supervise Cleaning activities of all Areasand public areas like Daily cleaning, Weekly Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning. Lead, hire, and train Front office/ housekeeping staff to adhereto our high standardsof cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
