L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation. Description - External Opportunity mapping & Pipeline growth of our MV Switchgear range of products in Indian market. Generate RFQs from new customers / new segments / new territories for MV Switchgear. Devise strategy to increase the MV Switchgear PAM by identifying the market gaps / product gaps. Engage with customers & consultants & take action for our product make approvals within the given timeline. Propagate & prescribe the USPs of the MV Switchgear product range through early engagement with customers & consultants with aim to get competitive advantage during the bidding stage. Collaborate with the Segments & Regional sales team to prioritize activities and work as a team. Functional Competencies: 1. Product knowledge of AIS, GIS & RMU. 2. Market knowledge & customer buying behaviour. 3. Competitor's product knowledge - their strengths & weakness. Behavioural Competencies: 1. Willingness to travel extensively. 2. Ability to network with customer. 3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
