Work Location: Navalur, Chennai Work Hours: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM CTC: 12- 25 LPA What You’ll Be Doing Drive new business and convert high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets through strategic outreach (outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach) and leveraging existing industry networks along with consultative selling, and solution mapping Mentor and guide BDEs while owning your own high-impact sales pipeline—striking the balance between individual contribution and team enablement. Manage and grow key client relationships with CXOs & IT Directors Collaborate closely with delivery, tech, and talent teams to build scalable, tailored solutions. What We’re Looking For 7–15 years of total experience with at least 3-5 years in IT services sales (web, mobile, software development, and staff augmentation). Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and delivery dynamics. Global exposure with experience selling into North America & Europe , Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, revenue-focused approach.
