Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the study abroad industry, specifically in MBBS programs in Georgia and other Central Asian countries . The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in team handling and business growth and should be well-versed in student counseling, market expansion, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies to drive student enrollments for MBBS programs abroad, especially in Georgia and Central Asia. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of counselors and executives to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Build and maintain partnerships with universities, consultants, and education agents in the targeted regions. Plan and implement marketing and outreach campaigns to attract prospective students. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategic shifts. Handle escalations and ensure exceptional service delivery to students and parents. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the study abroad industry , with direct experience in MBBS programs in Georgia/Central Asia. Proven team management and leadership experience . Strong understanding of international admission processes, especially medical universities abroad. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel if required. Preferred: Existing network and contacts in MBBS recruitment for Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, etc. Experience in organizing student seminars/webinars, education fairs, and institutional tie-ups.
