Job Title: Business Development Executive – Commercial Leasing Location: Gurgaon Experience: 0.6 – 3 Years Working Days: 6 Days (Mon–Sat) Industry: Real Estate / Commercial Leasing ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective clients via phone to generate new business opportunities for office leasing. • Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients through proactive calling and networking. • Client Meetings: Arrange and attend meetings with CXOs, Admins, and Facility Managers to understand their office space needs. • Site Visits: Coordinate and accompany clients for property site visits across Gurgaon and nearby commercial locations. • Documentation & Mailing: Share property details, proposals, and quotations via professional emails.
