Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and business-savvy Junior Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced team. You’ll support both our digital creative agency and SaaS product in driving growth through smart outreach, strong follow-ups, and exceptional client communication. What You’ll Be Doing Follow up with clients over email and WhatsApp to manage leads and project conversations Research and identify new sales leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other social media/business platforms Initiate conversations with potential leads and schedule demo calls Attend client demo or discovery calls, take notes, and follow up with action items Maintain lead tracking and documentation across platforms like Notion, HubSpot, or CRM tools Assist in proposals, basic pitch decks, and presentation content with the core team What We’re Looking For Excellent command of the English language – both written and spoken Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good business sense and interest in marketing, technology, or SaaS products Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities Willingness to learn new tools and processes Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, but Great to Have) Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or business development Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or outbound lead generation Understanding of digital marketing, web design, or SaaS sales
