Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategies for merchant and retailer acquisition across varied market segments. Drive sourcing, lead generation, deal closure , and activation for new merchant accounts. Lead and manage a field sales team , ensuring performance, training, and motivation. Coach and mentor the team in customer acquisition and relationship management. Formulate and execute promotional strategies to boost market visibility and penetration. Travel extensively within the city to expand reach and identify new opportunities.
