Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead revenue generation for our event IPs, partnerships, sponsorships, and brand activations. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in media, entertainment, and corporate circles, and a proven track record in B2B sales or sponsorship sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship and partnership opportunities for Weece events and IPs Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, media agencies, and brand managers Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design compelling sponsorship packages Attend networking events and client meetings to expand the business pipeline Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs Track sales activities and maintain CRM systems and regular reporting Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3–6 years of experience in event sponsorship sales, media sales, or B2B partnerships Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and pitching capabilities Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Understanding of event industry trends, brand engagement, and experiential marketing Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the events, media, entertainment, or experiential marketing space Network across consumer brands, advertising agencies, and media houses Familiarity with event-tech tools and CRM systems What We Offer: Opportunity to work on premium events and innovative entertainment formats Collaborative work environment with a passionate team Attractive incentives tied to performance and revenue Growth opportunities within a fast-growing event IP ecosystem
