Role Description We are looking for a dynamic social media & Content Marketing Executive to lead our presence across major platforms — Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). This role is focused on content creation, digital engagement, and brand storytelling. You will also support influencer marketing initiatives and help shape the voice of Avinyaa EdTech across channels. Key Responsibilities: Platform Strategy & Management · Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X · Plan and schedule platform-specific content aligned with brand objectives · Monitor platform analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance Content Creation & Execution · Conceptualize and produce engaging content: reels, videos, carousels, and post captions · Work closely with designers, video editors, and content writers to deliver creative assets · Stay on top of social trends, formats, and audience preferences Influencer Marketing · Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers for campaigns · Track performance and engagement of influencer collaborations · Support in planning end-to-end execution of influencer-led promotions Community Engagement & Reporting · Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages · Track content performance and generate reports to measure ROI and engagement · Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment and feedback Education & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in social media and content marketing Strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and audience dynamics Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or other editing platforms Prior experience handling multiple platforms and influencer coordination is preferred What You Bring: Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail Strong communication and coordination skills A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced setup Passion for social media, brand building, and digital communication.
