Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also conduct training sessions and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process. The role is located in Surat Qualifications Experience in Hiring and Recruiting Interviewing and Training skills Strong Communication skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Surat Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
