The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices within the technology sector and will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle while supporting our growing team of IT professionals. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions including software developers, system administrators, project managers, and support staff Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews with department heads Manage the complete hiring process from job posting to onboarding Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement improvement initiatives Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development planning Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans Organize team building activities and company-wide events to foster positive workplace culture HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development allowances Process payroll changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect industry best practices Ensure workplace safety compliance and manage workers' compensation claims Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate technical certification programs for IT staff Manage professional development budgets and approve conference/training requests Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires including technical orientation Support career development planning and internal mobility opportunities Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT/technology companies Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) Experience recruiting for technical positions (developers, engineers, IT specialists) Knowledge of technology industry trends and compensation benchmarks Experience with remote work policies and distributed team management Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and project-based work environments Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace Experience with HR software platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar) Basic understanding of IT terminology and technical roles Social media recruiting and professional networking platforms
