Role:-Talent Acquisition (Only candidates from NBFC/Banks/Insurance Background) The incumbent will be expected to work with his/her stakeholders to provide effective solutions to business and human resources issues. The incumbent will also be required to develop and execute tactical plans at the business unit level to achieve strategic objectives and combine strong organizational development skills and change management skills with core HR skills (Demand & Supply) Expertise and Experience: Attracting Top Talent for the Bank Strong experience in digital sourcing, leadership hiring through various sources such as Naukri & LinkedIn Advise, counsel, and influence the business leadership team in executing the business plan. Build strong relationships to partner effectively with a variety of constituents. Proactively manage risk to safeguard the company's reputation. Drive change through organization design and operationalization of organizational models. Advise on employee relations issues. Participate in Bank level initiatives across the HR team. Manage relationship with Line of business and ability to manage LOB interactions. Partner with business to mitigate People risk Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization. Hands-on experience in MS Office (proficient in Excel and PPT) to prepare monthly board dashboard of Recruitment. Strong experience in managing diverse cultural employees and their retention plan. Mandatory Requirements: Total 5-8 years as Experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech Banking roles) Excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels with stakeholders (internal and external) Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of technical HR expertise, business acumen and relationship skills.
