Role Summary: The Manager, Talent Management will be responsible for driving employee engagement, employee relations, Performance management, coordination, and evaluation of employee retention plans. Responsible for the Showrooms and the Corporate office. Key responsibilities: The key responsibilities of the Manager – Talent management include, but are not limited to the following: Performance management Employee engagement Talent growth and retention Employee relations Facilitator for all Talent development-related activities Desired Competencies: To perform this job successfully, the following competencies are critical: Experience of managing the employees strength over 2000 Strong interpersonal skills Understanding organizational goals, identifying avenues of need, proactive institution of Talent retention initiatives. Good written and oral communication To be conversant in Telugu (desirable) and willing to travel to locations when required.
