ROLE DESCRIPTION Role Name/ Title Head – HR(Factory) Location Deulti &Khordah Department HR Reports To Unit Head ROLE PURPOSE & SUMMARY (Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organization’s point of view and how it contributes to the over all mission/objective of the organization). Organisation Chart (Note: Role of Head SCM will have a functional reporting to Corporate HR) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (List the responsibilities/duties associated with the Role. For each responsibility/role listed, give the factors on which key responsibilities are measured). Key Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators A. PlantHR & IR planning &implementation Design and create HR plan for the plant in line with the corporate HR framework to address employee needs for development engagement and training. Drive and implement HR policies, methods and timelines for manpower planning, recruitment and deployment, performance management, compensation and succession planning in an efficient manner. HR Budget – Target vs Actual Attrition Rate Training plan – Target vs Actual Productivity improvement B. IR 1. Provide a positive work environment for regular and contractual employees to maximise the engagement in adherence to various compliance Number of engagement activities Number of noncompliance reports C. Regulatory and industrial compliance 1. Ensure timely compliance to all regulations regarding labour laws, industrial relations, security, health and employee well being. Timeliness Number of noncompliance reported D. Stakeholder management 1. Manage the relation with all the internal and external stakeholders of the unit e.g. local Govt authorities, villagers, local politicians, local police, environmentalist etc including factory manpower in an effective way. Number of disruption in plant operations due to external or internal issues. E. Employee development Identify the training and development needs of direct reports and their team and undertake relevant programs. Assess the performance of direct reports and provide them with developmental feedback and support. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the division. Drive the implementation and strict adherence of the different Health & Safety systems in the plant internal and external audits compliance etc. Reported Incidents in the plant System compliance G. IMS Standards 1. Ensure Compliance to Various IMS Standards and Processes No. of Non Compliances Complaint Resolution Time H. Team Development 1. Ensure Employee Engagement in the plant Team & Help in development of the competency of the team members.
