Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell IONM systems (32-channel for neuro & spine, 8-channel for ENT procedures).Develop and manage relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, and decision-makers.Provide real-time application support to surgeons during surgeries in Operation Theatres (OT).Conduct clinical training sessions and product demonstrations for hospital staff and medical professionals.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and support.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional growth plans.Handle post-sales service coordination and troubleshooting with clinical & service teams.Gather market intelligence and competitor activity insights.Prepare and submit timely reports, forecasts, and documentation.Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
