Monitor, moderate user-generated content such as comments. Moderate publisher-generated content against preset Customer guidelines.2. Approval/ rejection of content/ comments in compliance & non-compliance with customer guidelines, respectively.3. Keep track, be aware of news, current affairs, especially international markets like the US.4. Identify gaps/ gray areas in policies & guidelines based on ground truth data.5. Store, document edge cases, nuanced examples among moderated content to create referenceable repositories.Key Skills:1. Experience as a content moderator, social media moderator or equivalent newsroom experience print/ digital/ TV2. Familiarity with news & media editorial policies3. Fluent English skills oral and written. Excellent comprehension skills - C2 English level4. Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgment calls5. Degree in journalism/ communication/ English or similar field6. English expert level certifications
