This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for product development in the industrial valve sector.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of design engineers in developing control and choke valves.- Drive product development and application engineering aligned with KPIs.- Conduct technical contract reviews and ensure compliance with specifications.- Create and validate engineering drawings with detailed specifications.- Optimize existing designs through value engineering and standardization.- Support prototype building and concept validation.- Ensure adherence to quality standards and QMS practices within the department.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and back-office for technical support.Required Skills & Expertise- Strong knowledge of control/choke valves and related instrumentation.- Proficient in design calculations, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis.- Experience in PED, API 6A, and compliance with global standards like ANSI, ASME, API, EN, ISO.- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD; proficiency in 3D design software like Inventor / Pro-E is a plus.- Excellent team collaboration, planning, and problem-solving abilities.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.Why Join Us?At KOSO, we design and deliver precision-engineered valve solutions trusted across the globe.
