The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about mobile-first experiences, user engagement, and funnel performance. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, managing, and improving digital acquisition, activation, and lifecycle journeys across platforms. The candidate will collaborate with UI/UX, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams to optimize conversions, increase feature adoption, and continuously enhance customer experience.Key Responsibilities :Mobile App & Digital Journey OwnershipOwn all card-related customer journeys within the bank’s mobile application and digital platforms—including onboarding, issuance, activation, PIN setting, transaction views, blocking, replacements, limits, and more.Continuously improve user flows for all card typesEnsure UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and seamless integration with backend systems.Conversion Funnel & Engagement OptimizationTrack, analyze, and optimize customer conversion funnels for card ordering and usage journeys.Identify top drop-off points using analytic tools, or similar platforms; ideate A/B tests and improvements.Work closely with the Growth and Marketing teams to improve CTRs, in-app engagement, and adoption of features.Customer-Centric Product EnhancementsDeep-dive into app analytics and customer feedback to uncover pain points and propose enhancements.Collaborate with design and tech to continuously refine user experience based on insights.Ensure all key servicing journeys (e.g., replacement, balance sync, travel settings, blocking) are intuitive and self-serve.Cross-Functional Product ExecutionTranslate business needs into clear product requirements and drive agile delivery.Closely collaborate with customer experience team to understand customer pain points and create flows and processes to reduce complaints and call center interactionsCollaborate with tech, design, QA, risk, compliance, and customer experience teams for timely execution.Drive UATs, app releases, bug resolutions, and post-release impact monitoring.Key Skills Required:Strong experience ( 3-5yrs) in mobile app product management , with full ownership of user-facing journeys.Proven ability to manage conversion funnels and user engagement campaigns.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Clevertap, Firebase, GA4).Familiarity with product development lifecycle, agile delivery, wireframing tools, and UAT processes.Good to Have:Experience in cards, fintech, banking, or consumer tech products.Exposure to UPI, BBPS, NCMC, or tokenization-based journeys.Prior work on self-serve app features, in-app nudges, and customer lifecycle interventions.Why Join Us?Airtel Payments Bank is transforming from a digital-first bank to one of the largest Fintech company.
