Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentLead end-to-end recruitment across regions: job postings, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, onboardingBuild a strong talent pipeline for technical, consulting, and operational rolesPartner with team leads to understand current and future hiring needs2. Capacity Planning & Workforce ManagementMaintain an updated capacity tracker across teamsProactively flag resourcing needs and support planning across projects and functionsHelp structure team growth as new verticals and geographies open up3. HR Systems & Process SetupDesign and manage basic HR systems for leaves, reviews, onboarding, and complianceSet up and improve SOPs for employee lifecycle managementCoordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles4.
