WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE!!!We are a film production house and have been avid in making corporate films, Ads, music videos and much more.A close-knit team of 70, are currently working with reputed corporate firms for 2-D explainer videos on ongoing projects for about 23 countries in about 38 languages.What we are looking for:We currently have openings for 'Talent Acquisition Executive / Administrator' with the following details:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive/Administrator to support our hiring process from start to finish. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates, while ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and internal teams.Scope of workAssist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.Post job openings on internal and external job boards and social platforms.Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics.Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed.Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports and analytics.Experience- Minimum 2 yearsNature of job- Full-timeWorking hours- 9:00 am to 5:30 pmWorking days- Monday to FridayWorking model - RemoteExpected join date- ImmediateCTC offered - 4 to 7 LPA (as per industry standards)Candidate should have their own system to work on.Number of hires- 1Nice to have:Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or any sourcing tools.Exposure to employer branding or campus hiring.Passion for people and a strong interest in the talent landscape.Perks:-Bi-annual appraisal model.-Leaves offered- 15 casual leaves in a year with reimbursement for unused leaves.-Health insurance.-Fitness allowance.-Software charges will be borne by the company.Benefits:Health insuranceInternet reimbursementLeave encashmentPaid time offWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Overtime payHiring protocol:The candidate is required to submit his/her resume on saumyaa@ ; post which they will have to submit a small assignment on a script given by us.After analysis of the assignment, the candidate will have to appear in an interview with our creative team.For more queries, please feel free to reach out to me on the above mentioned email .Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
