ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will primarily focus on IT recruitment (60%) and HR operations (40%).Responsibilities:A. IT Recruitment (60%):· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.· Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and other technical roles.· Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.· Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure a competitive approach to recruitment.Manage end-to-end coordination with recruitment vendors, including empanelment, performance evaluation, contract compliance, and timely invoice processing. B. HR Operations (40%):· Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.· Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.· Support employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, employee recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.· Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives.Requirements:· MBA in HR from a reputed institution · Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the technology industry.· Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify and attract top IT talent.· Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Join our team at Turgajo Technologies and play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition strategies and enhancing our HR operations.
