Additionally, you thrive in a multi-cultural, fast paced, and high-growth environment. You are someone with strong communication skills (will communicate daily with U.S. team) and a track record of being a collaborative, strategic, and a creative problem-solver. You are results-driven and can demonstrate an innate ability to get things done.Responsibilities ·Through on the job training become an expert user of Clothing Tech’s proprietary software, Fashionr™. ·Regularly test software to learn new functionality, confirm stability, and communicate functionality and UI/UX bugs. ·Work on customer specific projects, using new knowledge of the software, garment construction, patternmaking, costing, and finish development knowledge to create customer-specific digital assets. ·Work with Customer Success Lead to provide daily support to users, including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly forming solutions. ·Collaborate with sales to prepare for and deliver product demonstrations. ·As a service to customers, develop digital fabrics, avatars, and digital trims/finishes. ·Optimize processes to increase customer satisfaction and improve efficiency. ·Track customer interactions, including installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further support needed from engineering or commercial functions.Skillset Required ·Garment Manufacturing, Garment Technology, Technical Design, Garment Construction, Materials and Labor Costing, Patternmaking and Fitting skills; 5+ years of apparel manufacturing and technology experience preferred. ·Competent with Azure, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Flat Patterning, Gerber/Accumark, Lectra, or OptiTex 2D pattern software. PLM experience is a plus. ·Needs to work well independently, possess keen attention to detail, have excellent follow through skills and be pro-active. ·Should be quick, collaborative and creative. Need to be able to thrive in a deadline driven environment. ·Have ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once and be deadline oriented. ·Must have strong communication skills in English (verbal and written), and work well within a team environment. ·Experience working with garment customers, helping build target products using multiple tools. ·Process implementation in Saas experience.Educational qualification Bachelor's degree or above in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or equivalent work experience is preferred
