You’ll workdirectly with the CEOand be instrumental in shaping the future of Optellix’s client delivery and growth strategy.Key Responsibilities ✅ Client Relationship Management Serve as theprimary point of contactfor clients Build and nurture long-term client relationships Understand client expectations and suggest scalable technical solutions Ensure client satisfaction and address escalations swiftly ✅ Project Delivery & Execution Leadend-to-end deliveryof simulation and 3D visualization projects Managescope, timelines, resources , andrisk mitigation Ensure delivery meetstechnical and business goals ✅ Account Growth & Retention Create and executeaccount growth strategies Identifynew opportunitieswithin existing client portfolios Handlecontract renewals , negotiations, and expansion plans ✅ Internal Collaboration Work cross-functionally withengineering, design, marketing, and sales Bridgetechnical understandingwithclient needs Communicate delivery progress with stakeholders clearly ✅ Performance Tracking Monitor and reportaccount performance KPIs Suggest and implementprocess improvementsfor better outcomes Requirements 7+ years of experienceleading solution-based delivery inCAD, Web 3D, or Digital Twindomains Hands-on background insimulation product developmentisa must Technical foundationinengineering, CAD , or3D visualization technologies Excellentcommunication, presentation, and stakeholder managementskills Proficiency in tools likePowerPoint, CRM systems, and documentation platforms Proven ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams Self-driven , highly organized, and able to manage multiple accounts in parallel⭐ Preferred Skills Experience withAnsys suite of products Prior success in afast-paced startup environment Experience inlead generation and outbound salesis a plusWhy Join Optellix?
