Job Purpose: To ensure quality compliance and oversight duringtechnology transferof agrochemical processes (Technical, Intermediate, reaction monitoring, wet lab analysis etc,) from R&D to the Kilo lab / pilot plant. The role involvesValidation support, documentation review, and coordinationwith cross-functional teams to ensureand prepare Quality Plan and Method of analysis etc..during scale-up activities.Key Responsibilities: Technology Transfer Oversight: Facilitate and monitor technology transfer ofagrochemical (Technical, Intermediate, reaction monitoring, wet lab analysis etc ,,) or technical grade actives from R&D to the pilot plant. Review and verifypilot batch protocols ,process safety data ,product specifications , andmethod validation documents . Documentation and Compliance: Ensure implementation ofGood Laboratory Practices (GLP)and relevantISO / OECDnorms applicable to agrochemicals. On-Floor Quality Support: Provide QC support duringlab-scale trials ,pilot batches , andexhibit batchesfor regulatory submission or commercial scale-up. Ensure compliance with quality andEHS(Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines during execution.Analytical Method Transfer: Coordinate with QC and R&D foranalytical method validation and transferfor active ingredients and technical stability testing. Ensure test methods are validated per agrochemical. Training & Quality Culture: Conduct quality-related training for operators and plant staff onsafe handling of agrochemicals , QC procedures, and compliance. Key Interfaces: Analytical Development / QC LabQualifications and Experience: Education:B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Agriculture, or related science; or B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering Experience:0–5 years in QA/QC inagrochemical ,chemical , orformulation pilot plantenvironment Knowledge:Understanding of agrochemical formulation processes, handling of hazardous substances, and exposure toIndian (CIB&RC)andglobal regulatorystandards.
