Associate Customer Experience Manager Operations management (Services: Housekeeping, Food, Repair and Maintenance, Wifi, Laundry, Hostel Management); Should be able to handle at least 4-5 properties/hostels. Team handling :Should be able to manage a team of Caretakers, Wardens and Blue collared staff; Should be able to keep the team motivated and focussed; Should be able to handle a team of 1-2 wardens and 15-20 BCS Maintain discipline and ensure all registers and sheets are maintained perfectly Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ out of 5 across all services Process compliance; Central (Internal and external processes) Training and development of the team ; Should have the ability to make the team gradually grow from a professional and personal standpoint Escalation handling; Handle escalations pertaining to daily operationsWhat qualifications can enhance the chances of shortlisting? Bachelor's degree in any field. Good communication skills in English and any regional language. Basic understanding of Customer handling and operations.
