For more info, visit our website:Role Purpose To support engineering in preparing the scope of work for the project, SAP processing (procurement requests to material follow-ups and GRN processing), energy monitoring, energy bidding in IEX, energy bill processing, preparing daily, weekly and monthly reporting, sustainability data update and reporting, CCTV working performance monitoring and reporting, asset disposal and asset transfer forms creation, getting authorization, and keeping records.Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities A. SAP Processing Creating purchase requisitions and posting GRN against invoices in SAP. Monitoring and generating reports on the status of purchase requests, budget, commitments, and spent in SAP. Raising material requests in SAP to stores for the listed items. Raising stock transfer orders in SAP for asset transfers. Raising requests to the purchase department to create/delete material codes for new/unwanted items. Supporting to resolve workflow queries in SAP liaising with the Finance department. B. Responsible for Power Purchase Invoices Verifying and accounting electricity purchase (day- and month-wise invoices) from Power Exchange IEX/WIND/SOLAR/TNEB. Processing for payment within the due timeline. C. Project Monitoring / Follow-ups Project-related activities follow-up. Health and hygienic female employee activities. Housekeeping activities. D. Responsible for Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting Engineering employee attendance record update. Work permits update. Maintaining essential stationery spares for engineering. Power reports. High-speed diesel receipts, consumption and stock monitoring, and reporting. Asset transfer/disposal forms creation, approvals, and Excel report updates. Humidification plant performance daily report. E. Responsible for CCTV Compliance Ensure the continuous working performance of all CCTVs on the factory premises. Send reports on a monthly basis. Escalate issues related to CCTV performance with D&T personnel and assist in resolution. F. Sustainability Data Update and Reporting Responsible for preparation of documents related to sustainability targets. Entering data/uploading documentary evidence in the sustainability application.Education, Qualifications and Experience Degree / Diploma in EngineeringEssential / Desirable Knowledge and Understanding of: SAP PP/PM Module (Maintain machine spares, create and close job orders, analyze breakdowns). Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Internet.Experience: Overall, 2 to 3 years’ experience in SAP and project management. Knowledge of Health and Safety.Skills & Abilities Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools. Time management skills. Proficient in both English and Hindi with the ability to interpret and translate documentation as required. Good analytical skills.
