Location: On-site – Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand per month) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Marketing agency experience is mandatory)About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized Client Success Manager who will serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for handling client meetings, communication, coordination, and overall project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Handle regular client meetings and communication (in person, on calls, and via WhatsApp/emails) • Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, creative, strategy, etc.) to ensure task execution • Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of all client requirements • Manage expectations and provide proactive updates to clients • Identify issues, delays, or concerns and resolve them by coordinating across departments • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through clear communication and accountabilityRequirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client servicing role in a marketing/digital agency • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi) • Strong project management and follow-up abilities • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously • Highly organized, responsive, and deadline-orientedWorking Details • Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 in-hand (based on experience and performance)
