This role will manage the end-to-end process of organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns within colleges to enhance brand visibility, engage students, and generate business leads.Key Responsibilities: 1. Seminar Alignment & Execution ● Identify and engage with target colleges/universities for seminar partnerships. ● Coordinate scheduling of seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and other campus events in alignment with academic calendars. ● Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, marketing) and external speakers to ensure smooth event execution. ● Monitor seminar attendance, gather feedback, and optimize future events.2. Marketing & Promotion ● Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeted at college students through digital and offline channels. ● Develop promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team (brochures, posters, social media content). ● Leverage college networks to increase awareness and participation in events and offerings.3. Relationship Management ● Build and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, faculty, and student bodies. ● Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related communications. ● Negotiate terms and agreements with partner colleges.4.
