Clinical Operations Pharmacist (UK Clinic) Location : India – Remote Type : Full-time Salary : Competitive (based on experience) About the Role We are hiring a qualified pharmacist based in India to join the remote operations team of a UK-based medical clinic regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This is a non-patient-facing, non-clinical role focused on supporting operational tasks related to prescribing and safety — strictly within the scope of structured SOPs and under UK clinical supervision. The role is perfect for a pharmacist with strong attention to detail, fluent English communication, and experience in administrative or regulated environments. You will not be responsible for making any prescribing decisions or providing patient advice. Key Responsibilities Review structured patient data (e.g. medication history, clinical forms) to identify whether requests meet predefined eligibility protocols Support repeat medication request processing Check timing, dosage, and prior approvals against SOPs Flag requests for UK clinical review Log and escalate adverse events using structured templates Assist with pharmacy coordination , including delivery tracking, product lookups, and stock status confirmation Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all activity Follow all UK clinic SOPs, escalation rules, and access policies Work closely with a UK-based clinical team (asynchronous and real-time via chat or email) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or higher) 2+ years experience in pharmacy, clinical ops, or healthtech Strong command of written and spoken English Exceptional attention to detail and structured workflows Comfortable working night shifts or UK business hours if required Ability to follow SOPs and escalate appropriately — not make clinical decisions Important Scope Notes This role does not involve : Making or amending clinical decisions Providing direct patient advice Accessing UK NHS systems or Summary Care Records directly Handling controlled drugs or issuing prescriptions What We Offer Opportunity to work with a UK-regulated healthcare organisation Structured onboarding and SOP-led training Remote, stable, long-term opportunity Supportive team and clear governance Competitive salary and performance incentives
