In this role, you will collaborate closely with our in-house UX/UI designer—who leads product and web experiences—to craft compelling visual content for marketing, branding, and communication.This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who enjoys creative variety and can translate abstract ideas into polished, professional visual assets. From pitch decks to social posts and from infographics to simple animations—you’ll have a chance to touch multiple brand touchpoints and help elevate our visual identity across the board.Responsibilities: ·Design marketing materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, social media creatives, and banners (with a focus on LinkedIn). ·Create and maintain branded document templates such as presentation decks, business cards, and internal reports. ·Develop simple illustrations or infographics to enhance storytelling and make complex ideas easier to understand. ·(Nice to have) Occasionally assist with basic animations or motion graphics, such as short explainer GIFs or animated social content. ·Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs and contribute to refining the visual language when needed.Who You Are: ·A visual designer with 2–5 years of professional experience working in marketing, branding, or communication design. ·Skilled at crafting clean, modern, and engaging visuals with a strong attention to detail. ·Experienced in designing for B2B or technology-driven brands. ·Comfortable working with existing brand guidelines and enhancing them when appropriate. ·Able to collaborate efficiently, receive feedback constructively, and manage multiple tasks independently. ·Curious and adaptable—eager to explore and leverage evolving AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and productivity. ·Bonus points for proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), or animation tools such as Lottie or Canva.Why Join Us: At DeCentralCode, we work on global-scale challenges at the edge of technology.
