About the jobJob Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns from the ground up, tailored to real estate clients, agency projects, and media content promotion. ● Real-Time Optimization & Testing: Continuously monitor and A/B test ad creatives, audience segments, and placements to drive the highest quality conversions at the lowest cost. ● Performance Tracking & Analytics: Deliver regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights on KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPM across all platforms; must manage cadence and structure in reporting delivery. ● Lead Funnel Integration & Automation: Collaborate with video strategy and media teams to align paid traffic with high-converting lead capture workflows; implement and optimize automation tools such as Zapier and ManyChat for nurturing and funnel progression. ● Creative Direction & Copywriting Alignment: Work closely with internal creatives to guide ad copy, video clips, and graphics; strong foundation in copywriting is required to ensure messaging aligns with visual creative and strategic goals. ● Pixel, GTM & LSA Management: Configure and manage tracking systems including Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Local Service Ads (LSA); ensure accuracy in attribution and conversion tracking across all client campaigns Job Requirements: Paid Media Expertise: Minimum 2.5-5 years managing Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms directly (not just via Boosted posts or automated setups), ideally in an agency or real estate marketing context. ● Copywriting Fluency: Exceptional copywriting insight and ability to assess, revise, or build messaging frameworks is essential; strong understanding of performance-oriented creative. ● Automation & Tracking Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zapier, ManyChat, GTM, Pixel configuration, and Google LSA setup. Must ensure seamless ad-to-lead journey and reporting accuracy. ● Initiative & Ownership: Self-directed with a strong sense of agency. Able to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and drive projects forward without being told what to do. ● Industry Familiarity: Understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior in video marketing, real estate media, and high-ROI content advertising. ● Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups including custom audiences, events, and lookalike segmentation
