Greetings from TCS!!!We are Hiring For: Big Data Developer Exp:6+ Location:PuneMust Have Atleast 3+ years of hands-on experience on programming on Spark on processing unstructured data Sound experience in at least one programming language (Scala, Java, or Python) Knowledge on Avro, Parquet file format 3+ years hands on experience on working on HDFS, Hive, Impala, Kafka Strong experiencing on designing & developing Cloudera Hadoop applications Exp in data ingestion, data engineering, ETL Deep understanding of distributed system partitioning, replication, consistency, and consensus Good-to-Have Knowledge on Jira, Agile, Sonar, Teamcity and uDeploy Past working experience for an international client / multi-vendor / multi geography teamsResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Design & development in a programming language on Hadoop components 2 Performance tuning and optimization 3 Exploring new capabilities / components & doing PoC for assessment 4 Debugging & troubleshooting 5 Create Scala/Spark jobs for data transformation and aggregation 6 Produce unit tests for Spark transformations and helper methods
