Role Summary:We are hiring aFinal Quality Checkerresponsible for inspecting finished women’s garments before they are packed and dispatched. The candidate must ensure that every piece leaving the factory meets our strict standards in terms of stitching, measurements, fabric condition, label placement, and overall presentation. This is azero-compromise rolewhere attention to detail and consistency are critical. Key Responsibilities:Conductfinal inspectionof stitched and finished garments before packing. Checkstitch quality ,fabric defects ,loose threads , andlabel/tag accuracy . Ensure garmentmeasurements match size chartsand approved samples. Verify that the garment isiron-pressed, thread-trimmed, and presentation-ready . Confirmcorrect labeling, price tags, and packagingbefore sealing cartons. Isolate and record defective pieces, and coordinate for repairs or rejection. Maintain accuratefinal inspection reports and daily QC logs . Work closely withmerchandisers, tailors, pressmen, and packing team . Ensure dispatch timelines are met without compromising quality. Requirements:Experience:2+ years in final QC checking for garments (preferably women’s wear or maternity wear). Skills: Strong eye for detail – no defect should escape unnoticed. Good understanding of garment construction and fit. Familiarity with size specs, pressing standards, and packaging SOPs. Attitude:Disciplined, consistent, and accountable. Language:Basic Hindi or regional language; ability to read basic English is preferred. Preferred Background:Experience in QC forknits, stretch fabrics, or lingerie/nightwearis an advantage. Familiarity withAmazon or export-quality standardsis a plus.
