Location: Remote / Part time Department: Technology Reports to: CTO / Founders Position Summary We are seeking an exceptional Architect Coder who can design, code, deploy, and support the DIPC protocol across Ethereum, Algorand, Solana, and Avalanche . This role bridges high-level protocol architecture with deep hands-on engineering and devops — you will be responsible for the token’s end-to-end development lifecycle, security, performance, and interoperability. Key Responsibilities Architect DIPC Protocol: Design smart contracts and supporting infrastructure aligned with the DIPC protocol’s inflation-adjustment and asset-backing mechanisms. Ensure implementation aligns with regulatory and business requirements (non-security status, redeemability, KYC/AML). Code and Implement: Develop and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, and/or other appropriate blockchain languages. Integrate CPI-based inflation adjustments via on-chain oracles. Code multi-chain support with consistent logic and secure asset controls. Deployment and DevOps: Deploy contracts and related infrastructure across Ethereum, Algorand, Solana, and Avalanche. Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD). Set up monitoring, observability, and automated failover/recovery for critical services. Support and Maintain: Respond to critical issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities quickly and effectively. Ensure token redemptions work reliably with custodian systems. Contribute to reserve attestation tools and transparent proof-of-reserve logic. Security & Compliance: Implement robust security practices for wallet management, token minting/redemptions, and smart contracts. Collaborate with legal/compliance teams on audit trails, KYC/AML enforcement, and regulatory reporting. Qualifications Must-Have: 3+ years software engineering experience with strong blockchain and smart contract development skills. Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or comparable smart contract languages. Experience deploying to Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains and at least one non-EVM chain (e.g. Solana or Algorand).
