Role: We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our Everywhere Business Unit (Brewing Bots/ Vending machines), focused on acquiring and scaling large/global accounts. This role involves building and nurturing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CHROs, Heads of Administration, and Procurement Heads, while identifying high-impact business opportunities and closing significant deals. As a Global Account Manager (GAM), your objective will be to establish and grow a high-value portfolio, generating over ₹10 crore in annual business per account. We strongly believe that great salespeople thrive in the field — spending 80% of their time with customers, fostering trust, and driving value. Responsibilities: Working to onboardthe assigned set of large/global accounts (40-70) with a headcount of >5000 officestaff Working closely with Infra Management companies to onboardtheir existing clients Participate in relevantRFPs and tenders Manage relationship and ensure profitability of such accounts Generating expected revenuefrom the assignedaccounts Understand customer needsand develop plans to addressthem Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer serviceprocesses Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts with timeline Approach potential customers to establish relationships Requirements: An experience of handlinglarge corporates – depth in BFSI, IT is a plus Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbaland written communication skills Problem-solving attitude Teamwork and leadership skills About Chai Point: The world’s largest Chai-led beverage platform, Chai Point, is an omni channel brand that started in 2011.
