Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-time - in office (no work from home) Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the bridge between our internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and smooth delivery of our services. Your goal: maintain strong client relationships and drive satisfaction through prompt, thoughtful support. Key Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, managing day-to-day communication and expectations.. Respond to client queries, requests, and escalations promptly via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Coordinate internally with research, outreach, and operations teams to track deliverables and ensure timely execution. Maintain accurate and updated records of client communications, meeting notes, service updates, and status reports in the CRM. Coordinate and schedule client calls, internal reviews, and reporting check-ins. Identify potential issues early and proactively offer solutions to prevent client dissatisfaction or service disruption.
