We serve leading cloud kitchens, QSR brands, and FMCG companies with reliable, tech-enabled deliveries. As we scale rapidly across key cities, we are looking for a dynamic National Sales Head to lead our sales organization and build a powerful national footprint. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy ·       Lead and execute JustDeliveries’ national sales strategy to achieve growth targets. ·       Develop GTM plans and sales motions tailored to food brands, QSRs, aggregators, and cloud kitchens. ·       Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine pricing, offerings, and client segmentation. Team Building & People Management ·       Build and mentor a high-performance pan-India sales team, hiring city sales leads where necessary. ·       Define and track performance metrics, incentive plans, and structured review systems. ·       Drive a culture of ownership, hustle, and customer-centricity within the team. Key Account Ownership ·       Personally lead high-stakes conversations and conversions with strategic clients. ·       Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in QSRs, F&B chains, and food aggregators. B2B Marketing & Demand Generation ·       Work with internal and external teams to build demand generation campaigns, case studies, and sector-focused outreach. ·       Leverage LinkedIn, email marketing, and food-tech networks to create visibility and build a qualified pipeline. ·       Represent JD at industry events, expos, and food supply chain forums. Tech-Driven Sales Approach ·       Bring in experience working with tech platforms (POS, ERP, food tech, logistics SaaS) to enhance sales operations. ·       Use CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline tracking, analytics, and forecasting. Ideal Candidate Profile ·       8–12 years of experience, ideally in POS, SaaS, food tech, or supply chain platforms. ·       Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales and leading high-performing sales teams across geographies. ·       Experience in selling to CXOs or Heads of Ops/Supply Chain in the F&B or retail space. ·       Passion for building and driving B2B marketing strategies alongside sales. ·       Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities. ·       Prior startup experience or ability to work in high-growth, high-ownership environments preferred.
