Retail Designer - Concept Evolution & Format Adaptation Title : Retail Designer Location : Mumbai Experience : 3-5 years OVERVIEW We’re seeking a Retail Designer who goes beyond basic adaptation. You’ll be responsible for evolving global retail concepts to suit Indian formats. If you are a creative thinker, not just an adapter, and are comfortable balancing designs and real-world constraints, we would love to have you in our team! Key responsibilities: Interpret and evolve global retail concepts to suit Indian formats and customer contexts. Adapt and enhance designs for different store sizes and locations. Suggest creative layout and material improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rollouts. Develop 3D visualizations using SketchUp. Understand brand guidelines and optimize spatial storytelling. Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Architecture, Interior, or Retail Design. 5+ years of experience in retail design. Proficiency in SketchUp. Experience in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD is preferred. Strong understanding of materials and spatial storytelling. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
